The Movement and Meditation Classes pulls together threads from Dance, Pilate’s, Yoga, Breath Work, Shamanism and Meditation weaving each class into a tapestry of personal and group power. This class helps you to move more fully into and with your body, assisting you to re-connect to your inner self on a deeper, more congruent level thus encouraging the body’s stress, tightness and emotional tensions to unravel and dissipate.
This class encourages freedom, freedom from being self-conscious about others perception of you which in turn will bring liberation and self-acceptance, which then offers you the gift of becoming truly self conscious, conscious of the self. When we focus our attention on our inner selves we create a space that permits us to experience life and different forms of movement and breath work on a deeper level. These shifts in consciousness prepare us, guide us, and often carry us along our inner journey through life – the river of life is often accessed via meditation and relaxation.
